Any business, individual, family or organization (below called customer) can sign up for an Guestbook account at GuestBook.pax.nu. 
Exception from this is customers with citizenship of a country that is in state of
war with USA or Sweden. If a state of war is ever declared between these countries all customers Guestbook will be deleted without notice.
Customers hosting a home page with any kind of adult-related material are 
forbidden to use our service. If some one do, they will be removed without notice. 
 

Links on a Guestbook to an adult-related site of any nature is not tolerated.
 

Unlawful activities, such as offering copyrighted material or software
for download from your Guestbook, including links to warez sites will, leed
to closing of the Guestbook without notice. 
GuestBook.pax.nu do not control the information available in the customers Guestbook but reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to edit or remove any material from the customers Guestbook. The customer is responsible for what guests are writing in the Guestbook and must immediately delete all things that the guests are writing if the content of the message is unlawful activities.

Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any Guestbook are those of the respective guests of the customers Guestbook who are solely liable for their content. 
 
 

Customers will ensure that its use of the Internet complies with all
applicable federal, state and local law and regulation, including but not
limited to those principles of law which protect against compromise of
copyrights, trade secrets, proprietary information and other
intellectual property rights, liable or defamation of character, invasion
of privacy, tortious interference and export of technical or military
data to prohibited countries. 
 
 

The customer must provide a valid E-mail address that the customer is the owner of and the URL to the page that the customer like to connect to the Guestbook. If not or if it is no activity (no one is signing) in the GuestBook for a period of 3 month the Guestbook will automatically be deleted without notice. 
When customers Guestbook get more then 50 messages the oldest message will be deleted.
 

The customer will be provided with a password. It is in the customers own interest to keep it for him self in a safe place. We do offer a service where a key to the password is stored with a 'cookie' in the users computer.  The customer may only use this feature when using a computer in the customers home or where the customer is the only user. Using the 'remember my password' feature at any public or shared computer can lead to that an unauthorized person is  taking  over the Guestbook. 
 
 

GuestBook.pax.nu divide the customers in two groups. GOLD members and not gold members. Customers can not clam the right to become a GOLD member or can not refuse to be become a GOLD member eider. It is totally up to Guestbook.pax.nu to decide to upgrade or downgrade without any reason. The decision can not be appealed. The features that is offered together with the GOLD membership do not have any warranty that they will work and can be suspended at any time without notice.

E-MAIL NOTIFICATION for GOLD members!
When having the 'E-MAIL NOTIFICATION' in 'ON' mode the owner of the Guestbook agree to receive an E-mail as often as one per day to the
address given to us. The owner also agrees to receive commercial information from our sponsors in the notification mail from
GuestBook.pax.nu. 
 
 

Changing of this agreement can take place when a new version of the agreement is published on the internet. Existing customers are automatically agreeing to the change by still having the Guestbook connected to their home page by www links. 
 

Closing of GuestBook.pax.nu free service, los of information, closing of customers Guestbook or temporary cut service can happen at any time with out reson, and without any warning. Customers or customers guests have no right what so ever to claim any kind of compensation or explanation from GuestBook.pax.nu, it's owner or anyone else connected to this service for anything happening, that include situations that is not coverd by this agreement.
