I'm really looking forward to ''Arcadia''. I know the play and the director are good; I hope the director gets so many auditioners that she has problems choosing among the many good actors.

Hi. I was a patron of City Theatre a few years back, and I just looked at the photo album of King and I. OH MY GOSH! Jack McCord and his team have designed one of CTI's most visually stunning shows, with dazzling sets, the creative lighting, beautiful period costumes, and what appears to be an ''exotic'' cast of characters! I'm truly proud to have been a patron of CTI and thrilled to see that it is still going strong. Keep up the Good Direction, Mr. McCord! It's the right one!

I normally post all the info. you need when the show prior to it closes. You're seeking info. that I haven't even gotten to that director on. I applaud your enthusiasm but good things come to those who wait. thanx. - Jack

Becky & Mosha,
I don't think that 11 is too young. However; it is open auditions and it is up to Gigi the director to decide. She will be sending me character descriptions soon and I will then post them under the 'Coming Soon' link on the main page. Personally, I'd say, Audition and knock her socks off, then she'll have to cast you and work everyone else around ya. - Jack

Jack - Mosha wants to audition for To Kill a Mockingbird. She has been reading the book this summer to get familiar with the characters.

Is 11 too young for scout?

thank you so much. And i was wondering if it was possible for me to be scout as a 5'2 14 year old. I look younger than i am

From: Jack McCord

Linday, all you have to bring is yourself and your talents. The auditions will be cold readings from sections of the script. I would suggest wearing something that hints at the part you want and then just familiarize yourself with the script and story.
thanx for askin'

Carla,
You can either check this website under the Coming Soon link. Or you can go to the Board Members link and contact Sharon or Nancy to get put on our mailing list. There is no way right now to 'alert' the over 1500 people on our mailing list. The best way is to just come and check the website. Thanx.
