Yes we will all miss Mojo terribly - but can I just point out that he was a German Shepard , not a Alsatian which is a politically incorrect term akin to referring to an Inuit as an Eskimo. Just thought I would point it out.

Hope everyone will always remember the wonderful Mojo, Gordon's Alsation, who died last week, aged 16 ++. He brought so much pleasure to all who knew him and graced our bookshop daily for the last three years. A truly amazing local character who is sadly missed.

Jimmy Martin's antique shop was on the corner of Siddeley street, now Chilli Banana. To my knowledge he only had a daughter, his wife Maisey/Matilda had a 2nd hand shop,clothes/bedding, now a bar by Indian resturant. late 60s saw 2nd hand shop on block between chemist and chippy, then shop next to amourous cat book shop became antiques in the 70s.
